About the event
We will be creating a special craft, demonstrating wellness practices for you to integrate during your moontime and how to cultivate reverence for yourself and your body each moon cycle. There will be an abundance of pillows, blankets, soul-sharing, story telling and gentle laughter amongst the nourishing company of other women. We warmly welcome you to bring care to yourself and allow others to care for you, in a cocoon of communal space.

Do I need to be on my Moon to attend?
No - whether you are on your moon or not, still have a menstrual cycle or not, all women are welcome. We need your presence, stories and lived experiences!
Is there an age limit for this event?
