I'm Mel, I'm a 36 year old mother of 2 based in Etobicoke. I've supported pregnant women and new moms as a professional doula since 2023.
I've had training through DONA International as well as full spectrum doula training with the incomparable Sasha Padron, of The Centre for Growing Families. I also have additional education in lactation and breastfeeding support. I provide moms-to-be with physiological birth education & the emotional and physical support they need in order to have a gentle birthing experience. I believe it is every woman's right to feel safe, loved and empowered during one of the largest transitional periods of their lives.
